Coz you know what guys, my childhood past was not lucky like those kids who grew up with golden spoon in their mouth.,I used to play a paper doll. Sometimes I bought that from the store with paper clothes..But Actually If I dont have a money to buy,, I wil look for scratch paper and I'll started to cut it like girl and will draw some clothes and cut them.Thats what made me happy when I was a kid..
Sometimes I used to stared with kids that there were a barbie doll and they playing it infront of me..But I know that time tha I cannot push my mom to buy me a barbie coz we really do not have enough money..

And Now, Im very that I have barbie dolls and BArbies clothes..I know its kinda funny for some people but its really happened in reality If you grew up nothing,,YOu will keep on dreaming..I thank God that he sent me special man in my life who is fullfilling my dream now..I love you so much HOney Bob

Sisig

This is the sisig that I bought at nearest Sisig STall..

Its really hard to explain about myself coz before my period come IM craving for different food like sometimes I want to eat sour fruits..But two days ago Im craving for sisig..When My brother came from work, I asked her to give me 45 pesos so I can buy sisig. Then Brother gave me and I went to nearest Sisig stall and I buy sisig right away. Actually this is not the sisig that I ate before with my bf bob. Coz Lastime I ate sisig Its really yummy..But Its okey with me that time when i ate that sisig as long as I ate and I get what I wanted to eat that time

I know some of Filipino people has no idea about sisig...so here is some info about this food.

Sisig is a Kapampangan term which means "to snack on something sour". It usually refers to fruits, often unripe or half-ripe, sometimes dipped in salt and vinegar. It also refers to a method of preparing fish and meat, especially pork, which is marinated in a sour liquid such as lemon juice or vinegar, then seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices.[1]

Sisig as is popularly known today is actually sizzling sisig, a Philippine dish made from parts of pig’s head, liver and usually seasoned with kalamansi and chili peppers. The dish is served almost in every Filipino restaurant.

Origin
The dish is said to have originated from locals who bought unused pig heads from the commissaries of nearby Clark Air Base in Angeles City, Pampanga. Pig heads were cheaply purchased since they were not used in preparing meals for the U.S. Air Force personnel stationed there. An alternate explanation of its origin is that it is but an innovative variation on an older recipe, which is pork ears and jowl, boiled, chopped then marinated.

PreparationPreparing sisig comes in three phases: boiling, broiling and finally frying.[4] For example a pig's head is first boiled to remove hairs and to tenderize it. Portions of it are then chopped and grilled or broiled. Finally, it is fried with onions and served on a sizzling plate. Variations of sisig may add any of the following: eggs, ox brains, chicharon (pork cracklings), pork or chicken liver, and even mayonnaise. Recently, local chefs have experimented with ingredients other than pork such as chicken, squid, tuna and even tofu.

Sawsawan ng bayan(Dip)

Wherever in the world they find themselves in, the first thing Filipinos do after sitting down for a meal is prepare the sawsawan. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner would not be complete without it, one for every dish.

The sawsawan is a ubiquitous Pinoy food accompaniment which translates loosely, very loosely, to the English dip. That’s what we do: we dip our viands into the sawsawan, a word which is rooted in the Tagalog verb sawsaw, which means to dip.

It is therefore not unusual for Filipino dinner tables to have ten or more little bowls of liquids and chopped vegetables squeezed skillfully between plates of main courses or viands.

The basics

The three most basic sawsawans are soy sauce, patis (fermented fish sauce), and vinegar. Depending on a family’s regional origins, there could also be bagoong Balayan (boneless fermented salted anchovies in recycled UFC ketchup bottles), bagoong alamang (fermented salted baby shrimps), fresh hot chili, balo-balo (fermented cooked rice with shrimp or freshwater fish), or ginamos (fermented salted mixed fish).

Perfect pairs

Grilled and fried fish or meats go well with calamansi squeezed into a saucer or patis, although many swear by chili vinegar. Ilocanos, of course, prefer bagoong Balayan with calamansi. I myself always prepare a mixture of vinegar and patis, with chili peppers on the side.

Suka’t toyo (vinegar and soy sauce) with crushed garlic is specifically for fried tofu, with or without cubed boiled pig head. The dish is called Tokwa’t Baboy, with the sauce presumed to be the standard nationwide. A few beerhouse habitués add chili and black pepper for more zing.

Chili vinegar is a must for Okoy (vegetable fritters) and fried lumpia (spring rolls).

Ginamos is eaten all over the Visayas and some parts of Bicol with boiled camote, cassava, or green saba bananas. I love it with boiled Gaw-ay, a purple tuber popular in Leyte.

When tomatoes are in season, they are crushed and mashed by hand with either salt, patis, or fish bagoong and eaten with any viand that has no gravy, like fried or grilled fish and meats, longganisa, tocino, adobo, tuyo, daing, and tinapa.

Flash BAck

When I picked my two nieces at school,,I decided to take some pictures but when I started to look these pics,,My Flashback return to my childhood memories.

I remembered went to school wearing old bags, old uniforms and my socks had a big hole,,my shoes were smiling if only he could talked,,my shoes already complaining.
I went to school I have no money(baon) allowance, no food allowance. SometimesI went to school with empty stomach.
Sometimes, I asked my brother in-law's mother to give me tamarind candies,,I used to sell that to school so I can get little amount of money.

Toughed life! but because of all i experienced in my life, I grew up strong and lots of determination.

WHY DO FILIPINOS LOVE NOISE????

It is actually a personal choice for one, whether Filipino or not, to do the same. Playing loud [tag]music[/tag] and noise does not apply to all Filipinos but can be observed in most of them, and those who do not do it seem content and comfortable with it. We beg for your understanding of what would seem like a very inconsiderate attitude on the surface. I assure you, habits like this are not meant to hurt other people, especially foreign nationals around us. See when we do these habits within the country we do not think we can affect a lot of people because most of us are used to it. What could seem loud to a foreigner could just be average to most of us; which is why when you seem like you’re very much affected by it, most people around you are almost unaware of the facT.

Aside from the fact that Filipinos are “happy” people by nature and music is a sort of entertainment, most Filipinos possess an innate fear of being alone or of being excluded from the pack/group which most of us are unaware ofRight from birth, a Filipino is never left alone. Babies sleep with their parents and when they grow older, they are made to share rooms with the other siblings in the house. In poorer societies, the entire family even shares a whole room which makes up the entire house. Only a small portion of the population can afford separate rooms for each child. But even when they can afford it, babies and little children are not left alone because of superstitions. Because of the extended family a lot of Filipinos have, there is always someone to look after the baby.

As a result, they grow up and get use to in an environment full of people. In times when they find themselves alone, Filipinos feel a certain amount of loneliness and sadness which most would call boredom. Music and noise comes as a soothing relief and makes one feel much better by creating the impression that they are not alone. This is the reason why Filipinos flock in packed places during fiestas and celebrations despite the noise and heat and smell. It is the sound and feel of home; and home is equated with families.

Friends go out in “herds”, as I call them, everywhere and a lot remain friends until they’ve grown old. You would seldom see a true loner pinoy. We are always happy and merry-making. This feeling is very much familiar to me because this is exactly how I feel when I am all alone; I feel aching emptiness and longing. I feel very uncomfortable with people sitting in one room and not talking to each other, regardless of whether they are hostile or just being silent. The ticking of the clock becomes a haunting sound to me. This is the time I reach out for the music player or the TV, to drown the silence.
